Common questions
Why does the recipe differ from my wax maker’s instructions?
The app’s values are starting points. The data sheet for your particular wax and your own tests take priority.
How do I get Pro back?
Check that the device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase. If access does not return, email me about the issue, but do not send your password.
Are my journal entries sent to you?
No. Under the current Wax Lab privacy policy, entries stay on your device and the app does not send them to my server.
Data and deletion
Wax Lab has no separate app account. Delete the app to remove local recipes and journal data from your device. Device backups, if enabled, are managed in Apple settings.
The Pro purchase belongs to your Apple Account and is not deleted with the app. If you emailed support, ask me to delete our correspondence.
Contact me
Include your device model, iOS version, wax choice and the step where the issue occurred. No passwords or payment details are needed.
