1. About these terms
These Terms explain how Wax Lab works. Wax Lab is provided by Artur Popov, an individual developer based in Spain. For questions, email pixelsnakeinfo@gmail.com.
By installing or using Wax Lab, you agree to these Terms. If a minor uses the app, a parent or responsible adult must supervise the activity described in it.
2. Licence and Apple’s terms
Wax Lab is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the licence for the app. These Terms add information specific to Wax Lab and Wax Lab Pro.
You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, modify or reverse engineer the app except where the law permits; remove technical protections; interfere with the app; or use it unlawfully. The app’s software, design, text, name and other protected material remain the property of their respective rights holders.
3. Wax Lab Pro
Wax Lab includes free features and may offer Wax Lab Pro as a one-time in-app purchase. The App Store checkout shows the current price, currency and taxes before you confirm a purchase. Apple charges the Apple Account used to confirm the purchase and handles billing methods, receipts and ordinary refund requests. You can restore a purchase using the same Apple Account, subject to Apple’s rules.
For help with a purchase, use Apple’s App Store support and account tools. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.
4. Recipe guidance and safety
Wax Lab provides calculation tools, prompts and a journal for testing candle recipes. Its values are starting points, not a substitute for a material manufacturer’s technical data sheet, testing or professional safety instruction. Results depend on the wax, fragrance, vessel, wick, equipment, environment and method used.
Making candles can involve hot wax, heated equipment and open flame. Read the supplier’s instructions, use suitable equipment, keep flammable materials away, never leave melting wax unattended and keep children away from hazardous activity. Stop if a process or material appears unsafe.
Wax Lab does not promise a particular candle result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Availability and updates
Artur may update the app to fix issues, improve safety, support platform changes or comply with law. Device compatibility, local notifications and purchases can depend on iOS and Apple services. If a change materially and negatively affects paid digital content, Artur will provide the information and remedies required by applicable law.
6. Support, feedback and privacy
You may email feedback or report a problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive information. The handling of support emails and local journal data is described in the Wax Lab Privacy Policy.
Artur may review and use suggestions to improve Wax Lab without payment or an obligation to use them. This does not transfer ownership of a user’s original copyrighted material.
7. Consumer rights, changes and law
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights, remedies, guarantees or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These Terms may change when Wax Lab, Apple requirements or applicable law changes. The current version is published at this address with its effective date.
Spanish law applies, without taking away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where a consumer lives. Courts and out-of-court consumer mechanisms are determined by applicable consumer-protection rules.
