1. About these terms
These Terms explain how Pixel Snake works. Pixel Snake is provided by Artur Popov, an individual developer based in Spain. For questions, email pixelsnakeinfo@gmail.com.
By installing or using Pixel Snake, you agree to these Terms. If a minor uses the game, a parent or legal guardian should supervise the use and any purchase.
2. Licence and Apple’s terms
Pixel Snake is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the licence for the app. These Terms add information specific to Pixel Snake and Gold Status.
You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, modify or reverse engineer the app except where the law permits; remove technical protections; interfere with the app or its online features; or use it unlawfully. The game’s software, artwork, music, name, design and other protected material remain the property of their respective rights holders.
3. Game Center
Game Center is optional. If you choose to sign in, its use is also governed by Apple’s rules. Pixel Snake uses Game Center to submit scores and achievements and to show related features. Availability depends on Apple services, your Apple Account and your device settings.
4. Gold Status
Pixel Snake may offer Gold Status as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The App Store checkout shows the current price, currency and taxes before you confirm a purchase. Apple charges the Apple Account used to confirm the purchase and handles billing methods, receipts and ordinary refund requests.
Gold Status does not give a gameplay advantage. You can restore an eligible purchase using the same Apple Account, subject to Apple’s rules. For help with a purchase, use Apple’s App Store support and account tools. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.
5. Availability and updates
Artur may update Pixel Snake to fix issues, improve safety, support platform changes or comply with law. Device compatibility, local reminders, Game Center and purchases can depend on iOS and Apple services. If a change materially and negatively affects paid digital content, Artur will provide the information and remedies required by applicable law.
6. Support, feedback and privacy
You may email feedback or report a problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive information. The handling of support emails, local game data and Apple services is described in the Pixel Snake Privacy Policy.
Artur may review and use suggestions to improve Pixel Snake without payment or an obligation to use them. This does not transfer ownership of a user’s original copyrighted material.
7. Consumer rights, changes and law
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights, remedies, guarantees or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These Terms may change when Pixel Snake, Apple requirements or applicable law changes. The current version is published at this address with its effective date.
Spanish law applies, without taking away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where a consumer lives. Courts and out-of-court consumer mechanisms are determined by applicable consumer-protection rules.
