Pixel Snake has no user account, advertising, third-party analytics or developer-operated server. Game progress, settings and local reminders stay on your device. Apple operates the optional Game Center and App Store functions.
Artur Popov receives personal data only if you voluntarily email support.
Who is responsible
Artur Popov, an individual developer based in Spain, is the controller for support correspondence he receives about Pixel Snake.

Information stored on your device
Pixel Snake stores game progress, scores, streaks, achievements, preferences and notification settings locally. An iOS App Group lets the app and its home-screen widgets use the same local information. It is not sent to Artur. Removing the app removes its local data, subject to iOS handling of App Group data and device backups.
The app may schedule local reminder notifications. iOS schedules them on the device; no push server is used and Artur does not receive information about whether you open them.
Apple services
Game Center is optional. If you sign in, Apple processes your Game Center identity, scores, leaderboards and achievement progress under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Pixel Snake uses GameKit to submit scores and achievements and to show Game Center features. Artur does not operate Game Center or receive your Apple ID, real name or contact details through it.
Pixel Snake offers an optional one-time Gold Status purchase through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes payment and Apple Account information. The app uses StoreKit on the device to verify access. Artur does not receive your card number, billing address or full Apple Account information.
Data Pixel Snake does not collect
Pixel Snake does not collect your name, email address unless you choose to email support, physical location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, advertising identifiers or behavioural analytics. It does not sell personal data or track people across apps or websites.
Support emails
If you email Artur, he receives the sender’s address, message, attachments and any information you choose to include. He uses it to answer, troubleshoot, consider feedback and improve the app. The legal basis is a legitimate interest in providing support, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message concerns a purchase or possible contract.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive data. Your email provider and Google, which provides Artur’s Gmail inbox, may process a support message under their own terms and may process data outside the European Economic Area using safeguards set out in their privacy terms.
Retention, sharing and rights
Support correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after the last reply, unless a longer period is necessary for a legal obligation, dispute or legal claim. It is then deleted or anonymised.
Artur does not sell or rent personal data. Data may be processed by Apple for Game Center, App Store and StoreKit functions, by the email providers involved in a support message, by Google for the support inbox, or by authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your support correspondence; object to processing based on legitimate interests; or receive a portable copy where the right applies. Email pixelsnakeinfo@gmail.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or to the supervisory authority where you live or work.
Children and changes
Pixel Snake does not ask children to submit personal data. If you believe that a child sent personal data in a support message, contact Artur to request deletion.
If Pixel Snake’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before or when the change takes effect. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
