These Terms govern the use of the Milo application and the Milo Premium subscription. By installing or using the app, the adult user agrees to these Terms.

2. Intended users
Milo is an illustrated story app for preschool children. A child should use the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Purchases, purchase restoration, subscription management, feedback, and legal documents are located in the parental area of the app. Only an adult who is authorized to make the purchase may start a subscription and accept these Terms.
3. License
The app is provided under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard EULA by describing Milo’s features and subscription. If the documents conflict on a matter concerning the license to the app, Apple’s Standard EULA controls. Apple is not a party to these supplemental Terms except as expressly provided in the Standard EULA.
4. Free and paid stories
Part of Milo’s library is available without a subscription. Stories marked with a lock require an active Milo Premium subscription.
The subscription unlocks the paid library on supported devices associated with the purchaser’s Apple Account, subject to App Store and Family Sharing rules. Family access depends on Apple’s settings and the user’s family group.
Stories are bundled with the app and new stories are delivered through App Store updates. Reading stories already installed on a device generally does not require a continuous internet connection. A connection may be needed to purchase or restore a subscription, verify entitlement, and download app updates.
5. Auto-renewable subscription
Milo Premium is offered as a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
- Apple displays the exact price, currency, taxes, and billing period before the purchase is confirmed.
- Apple charges the user’s Apple Account after purchase confirmation.
- The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until the user cancels it.
- The subscription can be canceled in the user’s Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- After cancellation, paid stories remain available until the end of the period already paid for, unless Apple determines otherwise.
- Purchases can be restored from Milo’s parental settings.
- Apple handles refunds, billing, payment methods, and billing disputes under its own policies.

6. New stories and library changes
The subscription supports the continued development of Milo and provides access to the paid library, including new stories added regularly through app updates.
The application owner may add, update, or remove individual materials where necessary for quality, safety, third-party rights, or Milo’s continued development. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the subscription does not guarantee a specific number of new stories or exact release dates.
Material subscription changes will be handled in accordance with App Store rules and applicable law. If the subscription is discontinued, new purchases and renewals will be stopped, and access already paid for will remain available until the end of the relevant period to the extent permitted by Apple.
7. Acceptable use
Milo is provided for personal, non-commercial, family use.
You may not:
- copy, resell, publish, or distribute Milo’s stories, illustrations, audio, or other materials except where permitted by law;
- extract app materials to create derivative products or datasets;
- circumvent the parental gate, subscription protection, or other technical restrictions;
- interfere with the app, attempt to obtain its source code, or use Milo unlawfully, except where applicable law expressly grants such a right.
8. Intellectual property
Milo’s stories, illustrations, characters, design, name, audio, and software code are protected by intellectual property laws. A purchase or subscription grants a limited right to use the app; it does not transfer ownership of its materials.
Apple names and trademarks belong to Apple Inc. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Feedback
A parent may voluntarily send feedback, report a problem, or suggest a new story topic through the parental area of the app. By submitting a suggestion, the user allows the application owner to review and use the ideas it contains to develop Milo without an obligation to pay compensation. This permission does not transfer ownership of the user’s original copyrighted materials.
Do not submit a child’s personal data. The handling of email addresses and message content is described in the Milo Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and responsibility
The application owner aims to keep Milo operational but does not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Purchases, subscriptions, Family Sharing, and purchase restoration depend on Apple’s services.
Milo does not provide medical, psychological, educational, or other professional services. Stories are intended for family reading and are not a substitute for professional advice.
Warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability relating to the licensed application are set out in Apple’s Standard EULA. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Suspension
The application owner may restrict access to Milo in the event of a material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the app, or an attempt to bypass technical restrictions. This does not affect rights granted by Apple or mandatory law.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when Milo’s features, subscription model, Apple’s requirements, or applicable laws change. The revised Terms will be published at the same location with a new update date. If a change materially affects user rights, notice will be provided in an appropriate and accessible manner.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If the user is a consumer in another country, the user retains any mandatory rights and remedies provided by the law of their country of residence.
Disputes may be brought before the competent courts under applicable consumer-protection rules. Users may also use any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution mechanisms available to them.
