Milo Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Effective date: September 20, 2026
Last updated: September 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Milo application handles user information.

1. Data controller

The application owner and data controller is:

Artur Popov
Spain
Email: pixelsnakeinfo@gmail.com

2. Data the app does not collect

Milo does not require registration and does not create user accounts.

While stories are being read, the app does not collect or transmit to the application owner:

Milo contains no advertising, third-party advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs. The app does not sell personal data or use it to track users across apps and websites.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions are purchased and managed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes Apple Account information, payment details, and purchase history under its own terms and privacy policy.

Milo receives from StoreKit only the information needed to verify access to paid stories, such as the product identifier and subscription status. The application owner does not receive card numbers or other complete payment credentials.

Apple may also provide the application owner with aggregated reports about downloads, purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. These reports are not used to track an individual child’s reading or create user profiles.

For more information, see Apple’s Privacy Policy.

4. Feedback and support messages

The feedback section is located in the parental area of the app. If a parent chooses to contact the developer, Milo opens the system mail composer addressed to pixelsnakeinfo@gmail.com. No message is sent unless the parent explicitly taps the system send button.

Once the message is sent, the application owner receives:

This information is used only to reply, provide support, review suggestions, and improve Milo. The legal basis is the application owner’s legitimate interest in supporting and improving the service or, where the message concerns a purchase or contract, performance of the contract or steps taken at the user’s request before entering into it.

Milo does not use correspondence for advertising, profiling, or tracking. The app itself does not store or transmit a separate copy of the email.

Email is processed by the mail service selected by the user and by Google’s mail infrastructure, which hosts the developer’s inbox. These providers may process the message under their own privacy policies.

Please do not include a child’s name, photograph, precise location, health information, or other personal data in a message. If this information is received accidentally, a parent may request its deletion by emailing pixelsnakeinfo@gmail.com.

5. Retention

User correspondence is retained for no longer than 12 months after the last reply. Individual messages may be kept longer where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or establish or defend legal claims. After the applicable period, the information is deleted or anonymized.

6. Sharing and international transfers

The application owner does not sell or rent personal data.

Information connected with a support request may be processed by:

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers rely on the lawful data-transfer safeguards used by the relevant provider.

7. Children’s privacy

Milo is designed for shared use by a child and a parent. The app does not ask children to provide personal data. Purchases, subscription management, legal documents, and feedback are placed behind a parental gate.

Parents should not submit a child’s personal data through feedback. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact pixelsnakeinfo@gmail.com to request deletion.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request:

To exercise these rights, email pixelsnakeinfo@gmail.com. Before fulfilling a request, the application owner may ask for information needed to confirm that the request relates to your correspondence.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

9. Security

Reasonable organizational and technical measures are used to protect received correspondence. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Milo’s features, Apple’s requirements, or applicable laws change. The revised policy will be published at the same location with a new update date. If a change materially affects the handling of personal data, users will be notified in an appropriate and accessible manner.
