1. The app and its developer
I am Artur Popov, the developer of BAGGO, an app for creating shopping lists. These terms describe the use of BAGGO. You can contact me at pixelsnakeinfo@gmail.com.
2. License
BAGGO is licensed for personal use. For the app obtained through the App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies unless otherwise specified in the App Store. This page explains BAGGO-specific terms and does not replace Apple’s Standard EULA.
The developer and respective rights holders retain rights to the app’s code, name, artwork and other materials. Using BAGGO does not transfer those rights or grant a source-code license. Copying, distributing or modifying the software is permitted only as allowed by the applicable license and law. This restriction does not apply to your lists or other content you create.
3. Price, subscription and the Lifetime purchase
The core of BAGGO is free: lists, typing items, store cards and widgets. Dictation, reading a list from a photo, building a list from a recipe and store mode are part of BAGGO Plus.
You can get BAGGO Plus in two ways:
- a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription;
- a one-time Lifetime purchase that does not renew.
New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the App Store charges you for the period you chose. After that the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the current price until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; paid features stay available until then.
Payment is taken by Apple through your Apple Account. The price and period are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. You can manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings on the device. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.
When a subscription ends, your lists, items and cards stay on the device and remain available; only BAGGO Plus features are locked.
The subscription price may change. Apple gives advance notice of a price increase and asks for consent where required.
4. Your lists and recognition results
You retain rights to the text, lists and other materials you provide. You may use and share them as you choose, while respecting other people’s rights.
Dictation and text recognition can make mistakes, omit words or split items incorrectly. Review the results before adding them to a list. BAGGO helps you keep a list; it does not guarantee store inventory, prices or the completeness of your shopping.
5. Storage and availability
Lists are stored on your device. Keep a copy of important data using the tools available to you: deleting the app or its data, or a device failure, may cause data loss. These terms do not promise cloud recovery or synchronization.
Some features depend on permissions, hardware and iOS capabilities. The app may receive updates, and supported devices and features may change. Continued support for every version is not guaranteed; obligations imposed by law remain unaffected.
6. Your rights and liability
I do not promise completely error-free or uninterrupted operation. These terms do not exclude mandatory warranties, consumer rights, remedies or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Licensing matters not addressed here are governed by the applicable Apple EULA.
7. Changes and contact
Updated terms are published on this page with a new date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law; updating this page alone does not replace consent where consent is required.
